Ms Classic Car Wash

First and last visit. Expensive and I kept smelling weed. Looked to my right and all the staff sit in their cars smoking weed until a car needs to be cleaned. Now my car smells and is not clean. Awful.

**Rating: ⭐/⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I usually don't leave negative reviews, but the lack of attention to detail here was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed rushed and completely ignored the interior vacuuming—there was still debris in the cup holders and on the floor mats. I noticed a couple of the employees, a Black boy and a white girl, who seemed more interested in playing around and hurting each other than actually focusing on their jobs. They clearly weren't worried about my service or getting the job done right, which explains why so many spots were missed. To top it off, the drying job left streaks across the entire windshield, making it nearly impossible to see clearly in the sun. It feels like they are prioritizing speed over quality. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Service was horrible. Might as well spent 10 minutes just wiping it down myself. Interior and exterior still got dirt everywhere

I love this place i recently got my truck washed and yesterday I got my husbands car we both got the "The Ultra Works" package with the works and also added on RainX on the exterior of the vehicles. Yesterday i came across LOUIS , although most people there are good. This guy is great, very detailed, he even did the metal inside the car doors, i didnt get picks of the cars interior but i did for my truck, totally recommend this company and especially LOUIS!!!

Stopped in today to have my car detailed inside and out. I bought the ultra package. It really needed it don't get me wrong but the level of service I got left much more to be desired and left me mad that I even wasted my time here. They didn't clean the mats (which you can see other members of their team doing), didn't bother with the cup holders, left crumbs in the gear shift cover, left sticker reside on the inside of the window, left light dust/mud on the inside of the doors, didn't vacuum the back seat well/in the crevices leaving crumbs, didn't detail the outside very well, didn't add in the air freshner, and last but not least left the back of my car completely filthy to the level that I brought it in. Below you can see the level of dirt from bicycle tires and what 15 minutes of scrubbing I did with baby wipes when I got home. I have been dying to try this place out and will now more than likely never stop by again. The level of "cleaning" they did, I could've done better in a do it yourself car wash/vacuum. It might've been the team detailing my car, because I saw others that were digging into the nooks and crannies and washing mats, but will not risk this again.
